Against our wishes, demands, prayers, and foot stamping, our friend Kevin is moving.

Kevin is always willing to lend a hand. And he never complains. Kids and dogs love Kevin. They seem to know that he is one of the good guys.

Saturday night, we had some friends over for a going-away barbecue in his honor. He says that we'll see him more this coming year than in the last. I'm not sure whether that is a threat or a promise, but I hope he means it.

That always kind of hurts, when a dear friend leaves. Hopefully, he's moving someplace fun where ya'll can go visit?
Ohio...not really a state I've wanted to visit, but it does have Cedar Point with all the roller coasters. So that's a redeeming point! :)
