Cozy

I'm not a fan of the time change back to regular time. I'm also not a big fan of turning on the furnace for the first time to hear silence. I love fall though. It's warm and cozy. Best of all, we have a dog who is confused by the time change wants to turn in early.
*This isn't a picture of Riley on the couch, because he's not allowed on the couch. I wouldn't even think of giving him a pass on that rule just because he's so cute. Never!

I absolutely *do not* see Riley on the couch. No sirree.

I can imagine in places where it's actually really, truly cold in the winter, it's not a good thing to see it growing dark earlier. Around here, though, we sometimes tell the season only by looking at the calendar! I like cold weather, although I like the idea of cold weather even more!

Usually the fall time change doesn't bother me - - - I'm too happy about that extra hour of sleep on the first Saturday night.

BUT this year - - - we crossed LAST week from the Eastern time zone into Central and backed up an hour - - - and now THIS week we backed up another hour for the normal time change. I'm ready for bed by 6 each evening right now!!!!

Oh, and all this unpacking makes me tired anyway - - - so I'm just a total mess.

I think Riley has the right idea!

MS Keetha - I'm a little jealous of the lack of cold your way! :)
WI Keetha - you may never recover from all those time changes! ;)
