Sew Much Fun!

Returning to the real world after a vacation is never fun, but it's been made easier by returning to pretty nice fall weather and beautiful trees.
We had a great weekend full of family and friends, and in between activities, I found time to make a little pillow.  I've wanted to try this, and the recent discovery that sewing isn't so awfully hard after all gave me more motivation.  I couldn't be happier with the way it turned out!
The pattern is from Chestnut Junction.

Seriously...you had time to embroidery AND
stitch the pillow over the weekend!?!?!
WOW! I'm impressed! Pillow is cute! I
have some black & cream checked material if
you would like to have it.
Love,
MOM

Well...I didn't get much else done Saturday night or Sunday. Took a break for a few hours to carve pumpkins at Todd's and then a nap. Other than that, I was pretty obsessed with finishing my project. ;) Yes, I'd like to have your black and cream checked material. Thank you!
