Going Where The Weather Suits Our Clothes

We just got back from a GREAT vacation to Key West, celebrating our soon-to-be-here fifth anniversary.  We went to Key West on our honeymoon and were very excited to go back.  Hope you enjoy vacation posts, there are lots coming!
We left early in the morning and flew into Key West about 12 hours later after layovers in Dallas and Miami.  We were greeted by a faux Southermost Point scene and the delicious smell of salty air.
We checked in to our little guesthouse, then headed immediately to dinner.
Since our trip 5 years ago, we've happily reminisced about our favorite foods at Caroline's Cafe.  We'd checked the online menu to make sure that our favorites we still there.  I had the Macon and Bacon salad.  The really special thing about this salad is the fried chicken surrounding it.  I wish I could recreate it at home!
David loves their jambalaya with shrimp and sausage.  We feel very lucky to have had the chance to go back again!
